We are on the lookout for an experienced ***VENUE MANAGER*** and *** ASSISTANT MANAGER*** to join our team!
The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role with a current RMLV and RSA. You should be familiar with OLGR compliance, liquor licensing regulations and the current COVID-19 Safe Plan.
As the VM, you will be responsible for managing two brands across one venue:
- FAMOUS NIGHTCLUB
- OUR PLACE TIKI BAR' (opening soon)
As the AM you will be repsonsible for primarily Our Place Tiki Bar and the general operations plus vision of the brand.
You will have responsibility for overseeing approximately 20 employees plus 15 security guards at peak trading. You will be supported with creative and marketing/promotions for the venue leaving most of your workload to the essential operational commitments. You will bring your own ideas to the table to help expand the brand and maximise usability of the venue and grow revenue.
Whilst trading will only be 3-4 nights (Thursday, Friday & Saturday), you will be employed in a full-time capacity with plenty of flexibility around your operational shifts.
We are generally a very busy venue so you must have experience in a fast-paced environment and be able to problem solve under pressure. You will have a network of contacts you can call on to help with short notice requests for cover for staff.
