A wonderful night celebrating 3 years of Ukrainian Club Brisbane and supporting the future of our community care work. 🇺🇦💙💛

Thank you to everyone who joined us for UCB’s 3rd Birthday Fundraising Zabava. It was a beautiful evening of food, music, dancing, laughter and community spirit.

Together, we raised over $8,500 for UCQ’s UCHAC fund, helping us keep our Community Liaison Officer role in place.

This role continues to be vital for displaced Ukrainians and their families in Queensland, providing practical support, connection and continuity at a time when many still need help navigating life in Australia.

A heartfelt thank you to our performers, volunteers, kitchen team, restaurant staff, raffle donors, sponsors and everyone who bought tickets, donated or helped make the night such a success.

Special thanks to our Community Liaison Officer, Tetyana Kosynska, whose dedication and resilience over nearly four years has made such a difference to so many people in our community.

And of course, happy 3rd birthday to Ukrainian Club Brisbane, a restaurant built on Ukrainian hospitality, culture and community, and still proudly employing and supporting Ukrainians who have arrived in Queensland because of the ongoing war.

What started as a dream to create a place where Ukrainians could feel at home has grown into something truly special. For the past 3 years we've shared countless meals, celebrations, friendships, cultural events and community support with people from all backgrounds across Brisbane.

This Saturday, we're celebrating 3 incredible years of the Ukrainian Club Brisbane Restaurant, and we'd love for you to join us for a night of great food, music, dancing, prizes, and community spirit. 💙💛

The Ukrainian Club Brisbane is much more than a restaurant. It is a gathering place for Ukrainians, Australians, and friends of Ukraine. It is where people come together to celebrate culture, build friendships, support one another, and enjoy a little taste of home right here in Brisbane.

Through our community work and the Ukraine Crisis & Humanitarian Assistance Council (UCHAC), we continue to support displaced Ukrainians and others in need across Queensland. This event helps raise funds to continue that important work while bringing our community together for a fantastic night out.
