This Saturday is the social event of the season 🥂 We look forward to welcoming you and your guests to Samford Long Lunch at Alan Cash Park. We thank you all for supporting this event and the community. All proceeds raised from the auctions and raffles will be donated to our local team, the Samford Stags 🏈

🕧 Time:
1pm until 8pm
📍Address:
Alan Cash Park - Main St & Cash Ave N, Samford Village QLD 4520, Australia
🚗 Parking:
Alan Cash Park and the surrounding area

🍴Food:
Please collect your pre-ordered food from the food tents anytime between 1pm - 4pm. There will be Samford Hotel's Mozzarella Mafia wood fired pizzas available from 2pm-7pm for anyone requiring meals later in the evening.

🍸 Drinks:
There is strictly no BYO beverages, all beverages must be purchased at the long lunch bars. There are a number of bars on-site with wine & champagne, beers, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks.

#️⃣ Table Number:
A seating plan will be displayed at the entry point on the day along with staff to guide you to your table. When arriving, please have your tickets ready. If you don’t have them, you’ll need to arrive with the ticket purchaser so your group can be checked in and seated together at the same time.

🎶 Entertainment:
We have Jaeden & LeviX performing live throughout the day along with lawn games and luxe photo backdrops.

🎟 Raffles/Auctions:
We have some great raffle and auction prizes up for grabs so make sure you see our staff or the marquee to purchase your raffle tickets and get involved in the auctions! All proceeds are donated to the Samford Stags.

👗 Dress code:
Dress to impress! Visit the Dress Code on samfordvalleylonglunch.com.au. Think country meets the races. Reminder the event is on grass.

There are umbrellas over the tables but you should still slip, slop, slap 😊
