Over The Top Chilli

Thanks to for this variation and and for the key ingredients.

Can't beat great quality beef from your local butcher or award winning The Rub and Adobo rubs.

A fantastic way to experience beef, slow cooking over fire, and family.

Salute some onions, garlic, and adobo in chilli until soft and fragrant.
Add crushed or diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beer, and spices to suit.

Add your spice rub to the ground minced beef and shape into a ball.

Smoke the meat over the sauce in your Dutch oven until 165F / 73C and then break up into your sauce and cook until done.

No need to cover. 3-5 hours is good.

Gorgeous Australian beef standing bone-in standing rib roast from sourced from your friendly local butcher

Seasoned with the award winning The Rub from the boys at and served on an amazing reclaimed wood brisket board

Refreshingly fresh salad of leaf, goats feta, and roast sweet potato along with roasted carrots.

Loved the sauce this time, not normally a fan.
Pickled jalepenos, garlic, horseradish, white wine vinegar, kewpie mayonnaise, and sour cream.
