Sir Loins Bright is on the chef hunt.
Loins is a small 35 seat underground restaurant that specialises in everything steak.
With a small, fun & passionate team, Loins is a well liked and respected venue that is going from strength to strength.
We’re located in an awesome little town, surrounded by mountains with endless opportunity for adventure, literally at your doorstep.
After a few years on the team a senior kitchen member (Helena) is stepping aside, leaving a space that we hope to fill within the next few weeks.
We’re ideally looking for a somewhat experienced operator that is looking to level up, with the longer-term plan of leading our small kitchen. Working alongside our existing crew to ease the onboarding process.
Loins is a sister venue to a few others within the region including on Mt Hotham and Falls Creek which adds plenty of variety, social aspect and general community to the work place.
This is a full-time position, 5 nights, 14:00 - 22:00 ish
