The kitchen at The Royal Hotel Bowral is serving up another seriously good line-up this week — fresh seafood, hearty pub favourites and plenty of big flavours.

Citrus & Gin-Cured Salmon
With toasted sourdough, whipped cream cheese mousse, mango & jalapeño salsa, balsamic reduction, Parmesan and herb oil.

Roast Beef Pie
Slow-braised beef, vegetables & red wine with velvet mash, garden peas, crispy kale and gravy. Proper comfort food!

Herb Baked Barramundi
Served with warm Kipfler potato salad, house tartare, charred lemon, black sea salt and garden herbs.

Roast Duck & Chorizo Pasta
Roast duck and Spanish chorizo tossed through spaghetti in a Rosa sauce with cherry tomatoes, black garlic, aged Parmesan and crispy basil.
