Blackwood Music Festival, to be held over the weekend of November 03-06, 2017 is a festival event that will celebrate high quality music and aspects of music culture. Different styles of dance, food and craft connected with the traditional forms of music will be showcased at the festival. The festival offers concerts, master classes and workshops in a beautiful mountain forest setting at Blackwood

, Victoria 1 hour’s drive from Melbourne, 45 minutes from Ballarat and 30 minutes from Daylesford and Kyneton. The festival will feature a diverse music lineup including old time, Irish, bluegrass, country and rockabilly genres as well as workshops and demonstrations. Acts include old-time and bluegrass masters from the USA and Canada. The festival will also present musicians from Melbourne, regional Victoria and interstate.
