Rosefina’s is going through lots of change! Our fabulous chef Emma is leaving us to visit the blistering cold Tasmania. Yep, she’s going hardcore wild! We have a new chef lined up but I’m the meantime it’s a good time to have a break, we feel we’ve earned it!
From next Monday 25th May we’ll be closed, returning Thursday 24th June. Let the swimming, sleeping, eating and dancing begin!! (From Monday)

An Australian multi-instrumentalist Reggae/Roots/Soul artist based in the Northern Rivers of NSW. With a captivating stage presence and rich, expressive songwriting, this a dude who knows his music. Harnessing the energy of a one-man band, Davy (Cinnamon Sun) uses live looping to blend guitar, drums, bass, keys, percussion and vocals into rich, immersive grooves.
He’ll be warming up your night from 5:30pm. Just in time to squeeze in a few tacos and a sweet cocktail before heading to Nudge!!
