Thursday September 17 - save the date, we are dropping a gnocchi night at Circa 1884!

Utilising an old traditional family recipe for the potato gnocchi made in house, we are pairing this with a classical Roman sauce: Amatriciana.

This a beautiful dish rooted in simplicity, potato gnocchi tossed in a tomato based sauce with Pecorino Romano and Guanciale, finished off with pepper.

Bookings will go live this Monday at 9am, don’t miss out, if our lasagne nights are anything to go by, this will sell out FAST!

Spend the evening with Sarah Fagan, w**emaker at TarraWarra Estate w**ery, Yarra Valley.

After spending 20 years at DeBortoli Sarah decided to hone her skills and set sights on w**emaking abroad. Spending time w**emaking in California, Germany and Italy before finding her way back to where it all began, the Yarra Valley, where she has been w**emaker at TarraWarra since 2023.

A labour of love….

LOADED BARREL DISTILLERY X CIRCA 1884 Rye July Release

Available in store at Circa 1884 for Members or through the Loaded Barrel Distillery website from July 1st.

We are excited & proud to officially announce a collaboration wh**ky release for this upcoming Rye July.

A marriage of 4 rye whiskies distilled by Loaded Barrel in Rowville and matured in ex-w**e casks handpicked by both their team & the team at Circa 1884. Beautifully presented in a gold wax seal; each bottle is hand labelled, and hand stamped with our gold logo.

An extremely limited release with only 100 bottles.

Get your hands on history, there will be no re-runs once it is gone.
