To our Fairgrounds Family,
It’s with a heavy heart that we must announce that Fairgrounds Festival is being postponed until 2023.
This decision was not made lightly by our team, who have spent two years planning the 2022 event and were excited to welcome you all in November. Unfortunately, a variety of escalating factors made the decision for us, most notably ongoing extreme weather patterns and ballooning insurance premiums, lingering COVID risks, labour shortages and increased costs at every level of the supply chain. It wouldn't have been responsible for us to continue in conditions where we weren't confident of delivering an event worthy of our loyal and beloved attendees.
We love Fairgrounds and the Fairgrounds family deeply. Just like you, we’ve been dreaming of those golden days and star-filled nights in Berry. But this is a postponement only, we will be back in 2023… and we can’t wait to share our big plans with you.
If you have booked accommodation for the Fairgrounds weekend, we encourage you to keep it. Berry and the surrounding Shoalhaven region is a stunning mix of country meets coast (and there are Donuts!) so why not consider still having that much-deserved weekend getaway? Take in the rolling green hills, heritage buildings and award-winning restaurants of Berry while supporting its wonderful community, musicians and businesses.
