One of the most anticipated releases this month is from Distillery 10 in our highly-sought-after Oily & Coastal Flavour Profile — Cask 10.277 Fire without smoke 🔥

Our last Outturn featured one of the first DRDF (Deep, Rich & Dried Fruits) bottlings from Distillery 10 that we’ve seen in quite a while…this month we’re upping those stakes. Nine years in an ex-bourbon hogshead and another two years in a 2nd fill ex-American oak Pedro Ximénez (a thick, syrupy sherry variety) hogshead…think daisies in a fresh meadow, plenty of minerality, an oily, waxy texture, and the iconic salinity of an Islay Oily & Coastal. This will vanish on Outturn day. Oily & Coastal sherried Islay malt…don’t miss it next Friday 9.
