Our latest specials feature hearty favourites, a little seafood indulgence and something sweet to finish.

Slow-cooked BBQ beef with creamy aioli slaw, jalapeños and smoky BBQ sauce in toasted slider buns.

Crumbed chicken breast filled with ham and cheese, fried and oven-baked. Served with creamy mash, broccolini, cherry tomatoes and capsicum, finished with parmesan and garlic cream sauce.

From apprentice at Beerwah to Sous Chef at Palmy—and now Apprentice of the Year! 👨‍🍳🏆

We’re putting someone special in the spotlight: Ben, our recently promoted Sous Chef at Palmwoods Hotel!

Ben started his journey in the kitchen at our sister venue, Beerwah Hotel, and we’re proud to see him take this next step with the Palmwoods crew. Taking home Apprentice of the Year makes it an even sweeter milestone! 🙌

There’s plenty of work that goes on behind every plate, and we love seeing the people behind it get their moment to shine.
