Only canned a couple of days ago...Miners Gold new 'IPA Theory #15' is now at the Thirsty Camel in Beaconsfield. The name refers to the "whirlpool" stage of brewing where hops are added at the final stage just prior to cooling - locking in precious aromatics. This one is packed with Simcoe, Chinook, Centennial and Amarillo hops, boosted by an expressive yeast.

Aroma= mandarin, orange zest, hint of tropical fruit

Flavour= full palate, bittersweet balance, with apricot, grapefruit and mandarin notes, and a firm dry finish.

Well folks the winner of our fundraiser for 'Headspace' was drawn on Friday, and we hope that everyone enjoyed the spring sunshine on Fathers Day...our next raffle ( probably timed around Christmas ) is starting to be planned. We thought we could make this a fabulous prize hamper so we will approach a few local businesses to contribute to it as well...❤😎
