We'd like to apologise to everyone who has ever said

"I'll just have something light tonight", and then remembered it's Schnitzel Thursday.
We understand. We really do.

But when there's a golden, crunchy schnitty with your name on it, sometimes you've just got to follow your heart.

And there's always one person who takes that to mean they're entitled to most of the cheese, all the good toppings and the last crunchy chip.

There's some exciting young talent making its mark on the Barossa w**e scene, and Callum Powell is certainly one to watch.

The w**emaker behind Agricola, Callum grew up surrounded by some of the region's most celebrated vineyards. But rather than simply following in his family's footsteps, he set out to make w**es that tell their own story.

And people are taking notice.

We love seeing the next generation of w**emakers putting their own stamp on this incredible w**e region.

On Saturday 24 October, we're bringing together the people who grow the grapes, make the w**es and know this beautiful region better than anyone.
