Riverland Country Music Club The Riverland Country Music Club host the annual South Australian Country Music Festival.
2017 is 39th anniversary of the festival.

Please be advised that due to covid-19 and border closures and current restrictions, the 2020 AGM will NOT be going ahead. While the COVID- 19 is still a major ongoing issue the festival is on permanent HOLD until further notice. Thank you for your understanding.

It is with great sadness I will have to stand down form all duties to do with the Riverland Country Music Club Inc and SA Country Music Festival & Talent Quest.

My Resignation starts a mediately due to health reasons I will no longer be able to perform my duties to the best of my ability. I will be seeing a cardiologist in the up coming months.

I am so very disappointed I can no longer be involved with the club or the Festival, I do not mean to put anyone in a difficult position I’m so sorry. But I must put my health first at this time.

I wish all new and old members the best.

Hi everyone, lots of you would have heard the whispers and are wondering what is happening with the festival this year 2020.
It is with much regret that we wish to inform you that our SA Country Music and Awards Festival held in Barmera and surrounding Districts on the May/June long weekend 2020 has been put on hold for this year only.

It is with great sadness and unequivocal apologies that we came to this difficult decision.
We understand that this change may cause great inconvenience for you and are sincerely sorry, but there are still many things happening over the long weekend we will still be doing Walk up/Open Mic on the Saturday up the main street on Friday night the 5th of June we will still be having HIGHWAY ONE playing at the Berri Hotel and other things to be advised. And there will still be BUSKING so come on you BUSKERS get your groove on. Keep an eye on FACEBOOK and an eye on our WEBPAGE to see what is coming up. Murry Mac will still be putting a lot of things on in the Cobdogla area at the Cobby Club with special guests, so please watch this space for more information

We concluded that we could not create the type of experience that met our standards or measured up to our reputation for producing this quality event which we have nurtured since 1978.

We remain 100% committed to our Riverland Country Music Festival and are currently in the process of building a new stronger, energetic Committee and a new look Festival for 2021, which we strongly encourage you to please consider joining us in 2021.

We thank you in advance for your patience during this time and again our sincere apologies.

I am so, so excited to announce on the 5th of June at the Berri Hotel the Riverlands own HIGHWAY ONE will be performing, with their mix of Country Rock & some Rock & Roll it will be a fantastic night for all. Raffle through out the night and a luck seat prize you can’t lose, so pop this one in your dairy tickets on sale soon.

Hi everyone just for all the BUSKERS out there, I have just clarified how you go about busking at our great Festival. When you come to Barmera for the Festival go to Barmera Central is like a visitor’s information centre they have the forms you need to fill out and you then can choose your spot. I hope that has helped. I can’t wait to see heaps of you out there busking oh and don’t forget if you on Saturday the 6th we will be JUDGING the BEST BUSKER good luck all see you in June 🪕🎤🎸🎼🪕🎤🎸🎼

GREAT NEW the handsome and wonderfully talented Harrison Lowe is going to be running our WALKUPS / OPEN MIC Saturday the 30th of may at The Mallee Fowl a $5Dollar entry will be charged on this day a sausage sizzle will be held on the day also. Monday 1st and Tuseday 2nd of June will be held in the Bonney theater.
Soup, tea, coffee and scones jam & cream will be avalibale for sale on both days. SPREAD THE WORD cant wait to see you all there. 🙂 🙂 🙂

Hi guys due to ill health we have lost one of our committee members. So we are on the hunt for not one but two new members, we need people that are tech save maybe know there way around a webpage not afraid to cold call people and a big one have the free time that is needed and can work well in a group and can make meetings once a month.
