We are heartbroken to share that Nurhayati has sadly passed away.

Agung, our head chef, and their two children were by her side, but her injuries were just too severe.

In the midst of unimaginable grief, your kindness has been overwhelming. Together you have raised nearly $50,000.

Renovation update!

From tomorrow, we’ll be closing every Monday to help speed up the next phase of our beer garden renovation.

We’ll be back as usual Tuesday–Sunday, and we’ll be sharing plenty of progress updates along the way.

We’re reaching out today to ask our community to support one of our own.

On Tuesday afternoon, our much-loved chef, Agung’s wife, Nurhayati, was tragically struck by a car while crossing at a pedestrian crossing on her way to pick up their two young children from school.

She is currently in an induced coma at Liverpool Hospital, and the days ahead are filled with uncertainty for their family.

Many of you know Agung from DiCK’s Hotel, where he has been part of our family for more than five years. He’s always looked after others with kindness, generosity and incredible food. Now, it’s our turn to be there for him.

If you’re in a position to help, no matter how big or small, we’d be incredibly grateful. Every donation will help ease the financial burden so Agung can focus on being by Nurhayati’s side and caring for their children.

Open upstairs from 5pm every Wednesday & Thursday, plus weekend nights when there’s no private function.
