A little announcement from us, darlings...
It is with very heavy hearts that we share the news that Sip Ch*****ne Bar has now closed its doors.
This has been one of the most difficult decisions David and I have ever had to make and whilst we are incredibly saddened to be closing this chapter, we are we are also incredibly proud of what we created.
Thank you for believing in our little dream and allowing us to share it with you. We will miss seeing your faces each weekend, hearing the sound of glasses clinking, and being part of your special moments more than words can say.

To every guest who chose to celebrate with us, every local who became a regular, every musician, artist, supplier, neighbour, and friend—thank you. Thank you for every laugh, every conversation across the bar, every celebration, and every glass raised with us. And of course, thank you to our beautiful staff, it’s been wonderful sharing this journey with you ❤️
The doors may have closed, but the memories—and the Sip magic we created together—will stay with us forever.
