HIRING HOTEL MANAGER

The Anglesea Hotel are looking for an experience, motivated, personable Hotel Manager that can lead by example, deliver exceptional customer service, contribute positively to our team and venue and has the ability to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate and support a strong hospitality team
• Prepare and manage staff rosters
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel
• Maintain high standards of customer service, presentation and venue operations
• Oversee TAB operations and compliance
• Assist with staff training and development
• Ensure responsible service and workplace safety standards are maintained

The Successful Candidate
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality management role
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• TAB experience and knowledge
• A strong work ethic and hands-on approach
• A positive, professional and approachable personality
• A genuine team player who enjoys working with and supporting others
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Takes pride in providing great service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
