Sara is the founder of Marx Real Estate and is not just a Sales Agent – she is a marketer, seller, and master negotiator, and has a great eye for styling and detail. Now possessing 15+ years’ experience within the industry with her passion for selling real estate commencing in the South Australia coastal town of Robe where she efficiently managed 80+ holiday homes building a strong rapport with the home owners which led to her also taking on the selling of these investment properties. In 2004 Sara, her husband Andy (a winemaker) and children moved to the Barossa to enjoy the wonderful ‘small community, big heart’ atmosphere of this gourmet food and wine region. Being a qualified para legal, Sara initially worked for a local law firm but she was drawn back into what she loves best – Real Estate. Five years later she has a proven track record of selling a broad range of properties throughout the Barossa. Sara has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the sales process gained through both her legal and real estate experiences. Sara loves to ‘look outside the square’ when selling homes and brings a fresh and unique approach to the sales process.
