Wheaty Wednesday Reheating Instructions:

To properly reheat, place the contents of the foil container in an electric fry pan, bringing it to a slow simmer. Then reduce the heat to low and let cook, covered, until the meat reaches desired tenderness and the dish is piping hot. The longer you leave the dish the more intense the flavour.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the potatoes with a splash of milk and heat, stirring frequently, until the potatoes reach the desired temperature. Serve the goulash over the mashed potatoes, with hot Rodkal added for extra flavor.
