Sun-baked coastlines, citrus groves, the hum of a village kitchen. We've bottled it into a fortnight of dishes that taste like the Mediterranean in winter.

Our Regional Winter Specials move through Italy one region at a time. This fortnight, it’s continuing to move through Sicily & the South.
