The Albany Classic car race (Around the Houses) was a great success over the weekend and the best place to watch it is the Albany Club. We had a great turnout and everyone had a great day. This is the first year the pits to be in the carpark at the back of the club.

Friday 22nd May at the Albany Club
Members and their guests are invited to come down to the Club this Friday night for our usual Social Night. Our Chef, Deb is creating Chicken Pinwheels as the special , and the usual Fish and Chips and Fisherman's Basket are available as well. The members draw has jack-potted to $400, but you have to be there when your ball comes out to be able to claim it!!

Shanty Festival 2025 at The Albany Club

Sunday is the last day of this fantastic festival and we have act performing on the main stage at the club from 12:30 until 7:00 Pm
After the performances on the main stage finish there will be our usual fabulous folk session in the main bar. Food will be available for lunch and dinner and the Bar will be open from 11:30AM until late. All are welcome.

Folk and Shanty Festival This Weekend OPEN TO ALL

This weekend the Albany Club is proud to be hosting acts from the Albany International Folk and Shanty Festival. We have performances starting at 5PM on Friday . A listing of Fridays performers is below. The Bar will be open and food will be available. This event is open to the General Public. We will also have Folk Sessions each evening in the Front Bar

AGM at Albany Club this Friday 20 Sept

This Friday night at the Albany Club is a bit different because it is our Annual general meeting. This will be held in the main Function Room at 6PM and is open to Members Only. Non member guests and other visitors will be welcome to remain in the Bar.

Cheese boards will be available from 5PM to 6PM . Our main menu will be available from 6:30PM There will be the usual members draw and we may even find time for a raffle.

Friday 6th September at the Albany Club

Wow September already! Members, their guests and prospective members are invited to come down to the club our usual Friday night of fun food and friendship. Volunteer Chef Buck is cooking up a big load of Bolognaise sauce, Eat it with traditional spaghetti or load it onto loaded chips.

As ever, Members their guests and prospective members are invited to come down to the Club for a Friday night of friendship and fun. Come an unwind with your friends, Our Menu special is the ever popular Bangers and Mash, Cheeseboards are available if you get your order in before 6PM. The Members draw jackpot has still not gone off -you can only win it if you are there when your number comes out. There will be the usual raffle as well. See you there!
