Jepsy has been with us for more than 3 years, showing his professionalism and dedication from day one.

Heโ€™s the king of the pass, keeping the kitchen running smoothly, coordinating timing from the front, and making sure every dish leaves the kitchen looking perfect for our customers ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Originally from the Philippines, he came to Australia 4 years ago to study cookery and kitchen management. One of his biggest dreams is to open his own retail shop back home one day!

Outside of work, Jepsy loves fashion and nightlife. If you ever try to keep up with him on a night out, good luck - it can be dangerous ๐Ÿ˜†
