Our Field Blend Shiraz Gin is where classic gin botanicals meet premium wine grapes, creating the perfect balance of texture, lift, and complexity. Expect delicate violets, elderflower, fresh raspberries, and a distinct piney juniper backbone in every sip.

One of our favourite ways to enjoy it? A Field Blend Sour.

Silky, bright and beautifully pink, this cocktail lets the gin shine while adding a fresh citrus lift and velvety texture.

🍸 FIELD BLEND SOUR

60ml Prohibition Field Blend Shiraz Gin
30ml lemon juice
30ml sugar syrup (1:1)
3 drops Wonderfoam (or 1 egg white)
15ml water

Dry shake without ice to activate the foaming agent, then shake again with ice. Double strain into a coupe glass and finish with a few drops of bitters.

The perfect integration of gin and grape.
