An Evening of MMADness 🍷 MMAD Vineyard

Four of Australia’s best w**emakers. Martin Shaw, Michael Hill Smith MW, Adam Wadewitz and David LeMire MW. The team behind Shaw + Smith and Tolpuddle, and one very serious side project.

In 2021 they bought a patch of old vines in Blewitt Springs, McLaren Vale. Nearly 20 hectares in the Maslin sands, some planted in the 1930s. Chenin Blanc, Grenache and Shiraz that are bright, detailed and all about the site.

We’re pouring the lot, two vintages of each, side by side. Rosé on arrival, then crispy pork, braised beef cheeks and a few more things we’re very excited about.

Young Gun of W**e finalist Jack Tomich is on pour at Mother Vine this October. Young Gun of W**e Jack Tomich

We’re so proud to be featuring Jack this month, and to be pouring his w**es by the glass or bottle.

Third-generation w**emaker, born and raised in the Adelaide Hills and making w**e from the family vineyard he grew up on. Cloudbreak is his own label, built around small-batch, detail-driven w**es. Fresh, bright, and chasing finesse over fuss. We love what he’s doing and can’t wait for you to taste it.

Classic Hills Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. A Pinot Gris that’s dangerously drinkable.
