From three smaller rooms to open plan living - Before & After for this stunning transformation!

Our customer started off this project with three rooms - a tiled kitchen, a separate dining area and a sunken lounge.

Featuring a new kitchen by our friends at Wallspan, our team completely freed up the way our customer moves around their space by removing the walls, raising up the sunken floor and setting up the plumbing to the new kitchen (moved to the opposite wall)

In more detail, our team carried out:

- Full electrical upgrade, with 18 new downlights, new GPOs, switches & pendant loop
- Plumbing reconfigured to new kitchen layout
- Widening the kitchen window, with installing a new folding window
- Relocation of laundry door
- Installation of structural steel beam & columns, per engineering report
- Floor chased for island bench power conduit
- Raising the sunken lounge with Hebel flooring to match existing floor height
- All floor tiles removed to passage, kitchen & dining
- Removed and resetting skirting boards after new flooring

Allow us to introduce ourselves, and let you know what to expect when you contact Bradley Trade Services for your work ➡

1. First contact
After you call, SMS, email or send a message via our website, we'll arrange a time for one of our experts to visit

2. Consultation
One of our experts will meet you on site to create a scope of works, design and plans

3. Design & Quotation
We'll email a detailed quote, including designs and selections

4. Acceptance
Once you're happy with the quote, sign the proposal and return it to us, we'll take it from there!

5. Scheduling
We will create a schedule around your availability, which we will send to you. If the times don't work for you anymore, just let us know!

6. The Work
When the works have commenced, you'll have a dedicated supervisor to your job, with an inspection of works and final walkthrough at the end to make sure you're fully satisfied.

UPDATE: We reached our fundraising goal for Cancer Council Australia!

Our team has now raised enough money to provide:

🌞 315 kids with a SunSmart education, or
🏨 Transport and a night’s stay at a local Cancer Council Lodge for 4 people who need to travel for vital cancer treatment, or
📞 6 calls to trained cancer professionals on 13 11 20, or
🔬4 days of a PHD student’s world-class research

Bradley's Biggest Morning Tea ☕️

Our team know how to put on a spread! With home-made soup, sausage rolls, mini quiches, egg sandwiches, desserts and platters, nobody should be leaving hungry.

With proceeds going to the Cancer Council Australia, our team has raised enough to fund:
