Neon Bar and Kitchen is best accessed from the northern end of the Riverbank Footbridge on War Memorial Drive (walk across the footbridge to Dunstan Playhouse) or from the Intercontinental Hotel on North Terrace (walk north between the railway station and the hotel). An accessible drop off area with two disability access parking spaces is accessible from Montefiore Road via Festival Drive (west).
