Grounded by GG’s diverse team, this curated menu blends the essence of both regions, reflecting Cal’s depth of expertise shaped through his work across a number of venerated Adelaide restaurants, each contributing to his refined understanding and celebration of both the Asian and Mediterranean culinary scenes.
