在过去的一周里，赛德伍德酒庄的葡萄栽培专家们一直在加班加点，在马坪葡萄园里使用最先进的葡萄藤防冻技术来处理春天早上可能出现的霜冻灾害。阿德莱德山清晨的温度要低于零度，向葡萄藤上泼洒大坝水后，嫩芽上会形成一层保护壳（如图所示）以防止绿芽进一步冻坏。赛德伍德酒庄将“毫不妥协”的酿酒哲学贯穿始终，而这正是最好的体现。正是秉持这样的理念，酒庄才能酿造出各种屡获殊荣的优质葡萄酒和苹果酒。为了纪念这一刻，赛德伍德的工作人员还起了个大早，拍摄下了这一张张令人震撼的照片。

Sharing the great achievements of Sidewood Estate for their Mappinga Shiraz. Following the honour of 2013 Mappinga Shiraz winning a trophy at the Decanter Wine Awards (no 14 was released), 2015 Mappinga Shiraz has been rated 96 points by James Halliday in his Australian Wine Companion 2019 and 2016 Mappinga Shiraz has been awarded as a double golds winner in 2018 Asian International Wine Challenge. Sidewood Estate never stops making fabulous wines. 🥂🥂🥂

Frankland Estate on the 7th Chinese Edition of the most famous wine book: The World Atlas of Wine. Their icon wine Olmo's reward is in recognition of the California professor Harold Olmo who first suggested that the Frankland River region would be suitable for viticulture. The label of Isolation Ridge Vineyard Riesling is also selected as a representative of Western Australian wines on the book. 😎
