Thanks to Yew Inn Goh , we are able to hands on the latest Octomore 17th series here in South Australia quicker than official Australia release, direct import from Japan!

Me and the boys last night had some tastings of it and we unanimously agreed that is possibly one of the best line ups we ever tasted.

Alex: “Wha this tastes so good.”
Tom: “I believe this is the best one yet tasted.”
Vini: “I think I need to agree with that statement.”
Daniel from BarBar: “I’m so cool and handsome, but I’m also speechless after tasting that. It’s so good. I can’t stop speaking about it, despite I just said I’m speechless. Help.”

And then the white fat mashmellow dude from Michelin came to the bar and joined our tasting, said “this wh**ky is more smokier than up my ass since the past few weeks!”

True story.

17.3 132.1 PPM 5 years in Bourbon Barrels + European oak consist of Ribera Del Duero, Sauternes, Eisw**e and Syrah casks.

Tom is a Capybara conspiracy theorist. He believes it’s a made up creature during Covid. Although ridiculous, he is right on the fact that it got huge popularity during Covid. He just hates them. So we caged them all, for TOMTOBERFEST.

For the whole month, all Capybara will be put in a dark and scary place. Mr Cage will be proud.

G’day, wildcats.

If you ever visited us, or even sniffed the door, you might have experienced Tom’s service, our trusty sidekick and our best host. Tom makes everything I do more efficient, fluent and just simply better.

Tom has worked with us for 4 years now.

So we wanted to do something that will make him very sad.

He does not like his birthday to be celebrated, nor noticed.
