A little tart. A little silky. All lemon meringue. 🍋

The Lemon Meringue cocktail is smooth and creamy, with bright citrus and a soft, meringue-like finish. Sweet, tart and beautifully balanced, it brings a dessert favourite to your glass.

Try it at The Collins Bar at Amora Hotel Adelaide, overlooking Victoria Square in the heart of Adelaide C*D.
Save this for your next cocktail catch-up.

Local isn’t just where we are. It’s who we choose to pour.

At Collins Bar, supporting South Australia means making room behind our bar for the people creating, distilling and doing things differently right here at home.

Like Threefold Distilling — proudly South Australian, made here in Adelaide and looking particularly good in the afternoon light.

Because when you order local, your drink becomes a small part of a much bigger story — one that supports our makers, our producers and the people helping shape South Australia’s food and drink scene.

So here’s to drinking local, discovering local and celebrating what’s made in our own backyard. 🥃

One is nice. Two is inevitable. 🍸

You know a cocktail is good when “just one drink” quietly becomes “we’ll have another.”

If you’re looking for cocktails in Adelaide C*D, pull up a seat at Collins Bar. From expertly mixed classics to something a little less expected, your next favourite might already be waiting behind the bar.

The hardest part? Stopping at one.
