Introducing June’s Sando Special, the Bottega Grilled Cheese with French Onion Dip.

A three-cheese toasty (grana, mozzarella, smoked scamorza) loaded with sharp mustard and balsamic onions, toasted on our house-made sourdough. Served with a French onion soup dip on the side, made with an overnight vegetarian onion dashi base.

Introducing May’s Sando Special, the Korean Fried Chicken Sando.

Crispy fried chicken seasoned with house-made kimchi salt, hit with a sweet and spicy gochujang glaze. A kimchi slaw of cabbage, spring onion and kimchi all bound together in a confit garlic mayo. American cheese. Soy pickled cucumber. All loaded into our house-made toasted shokupan.

Last chance. April’s sando special, The Filipino Adobo Toasty, has one Friday left and then she’s gone for good 👇

Pulled pork rubbed in spices, seared hard and slow-cooked for 15 hours in an adobo braising liquid. Coconut braised water spinach. Pickled green mango. All slapped into our house-made sourdough 🥪

Oh, and she comes with a dip. An adobo braising liquid dip. Great for dunking, equally great for slurping straight.
