Featuring cheese from Alexandrina Cheese Company, Onkaparinga Creamery & Paris Creek Farms, and the perfect Brightstar beer pairings, you'll learn about how to best match your brew to your favourite cheeses, along with some other sweet and savoury high tea treats.

On Saturday July 4, 2026, a bunch of South Australia’s best beer and cider makers are coming together for Independent’s Day, and it’s shaping up to be something special.

13 South Australian venues, stacked with local pours, local eats, and local talent bringing the energy all day long. Basically, it’s a full celebration of everything we love about our very own state.
