Rollicking royal times at the Kings Head Hotel!

On Sunday, 30 April 2023 we shut the doors to end a glorious chapter in the Kings Head Hotel timeline. The night before the Masters Apprentices farewelled the legendary pub with a rollicking concert to go out on a fabulous high!

We would love to hear from our wonderful customers to recall their best memories of this iconic hotel. The Kings Head Hotel has been the heart and soul of many a family get together, special celebrations, colleagues work drinks and the meeting place for strangers alike to enjoy a drink, a meal and live music.

Send us your photos and happy stories to [email protected] so we can all reminisce about the good times at the hotel.

Let’s pay homage to the Kings whilst it undergoes a major redevelopment to rise up again in all it’s historical glory.

December 2024 is the anticipated re-opening date for the revamped hotel to become the Ramada by Wyndham Kings Head Hotel.

We will keep you posted with regular updates. Our builder has now taken possession of the premises and demolition of the non-historical rear section of the pub will occur over the coming weeks.

Oh what a night! Saturday, 29 April 2023. The Masters Apprentices rocked the Kings! Thank you for fare-welling The Kings Head Hotel in grand style. Hope to see you back at the new Ramada by Wyndham Kings Head Hotel in December 2024.😍

Time to say goodbye to all our lovely customers. The hotel is now closed for redevelopment and our exciting new extension will be re-opened in December 2024.
