We built this room so nobody gets left outside it.

Accessible parking at the door. A ramp that doesn’t make a production of itself ..... handrail, full length, street to room. A bar poured at a height that works for every hand reaching for it. A dedicated accessible, ambulant bathroom, properly signed, a ramped stage. A team trained to get it right, not just told to smile and point.

Behind these walls, access was never a policy decision or a performative last-minute thought. It’s part of the architecture .... same as the brick, same as the bones of the church.

CONFESSION Port Adelaide comfortably holds 100 to 150 guests, so nobody's stuck in the corner because the room ran out of space.

A converted church in Port Adelaide, dressed however you want it, with genuine space to actually move through ... not the version of "fits everyone" where half the guest list is jammed near the bathrooms. (Although we do have beautiful accessible bathrooms)

This is a room built to hold a crowd properly, in a building like nothing else in this city.
