Welcome to Vienna's first Big Gay Picnic! A place for LGBTIQ* friends to enjoy summer together. What? And don't forget your sunscreen! 😎 ☀️

A place for LGBTQ friends to meet people, have fun and enjoy the sunshine every Sunday this July & August and now extended through the end of September! 🍉 🍒 🍌 🍑 🍍

Why? Recently, it feels as if we only have two ways to hang out and meet other Gay people: in bars and clubs late at night or on dating apps. Now, we have created something different for you that isn't focused on nightlife and sex… but

on celebrating our LGBTQ community with laughter and having a good time! 🌈

How? Bring blankets, food, drinks, music, games, friends, family and pets... Whether you identify as Le***an, Gay, Bi, Trans, Q***r, Intersex or an Ally, EVERYONE is welcome. ❤️

Where? Check this page or our website: GAYPICNIC.org for the time and location every week. When you arrive… Just look for the big rainbow flag! 🏳️‍🌈

We'll meet at the the familiar spot on Donauinsel, right next to Wasserspielplatz. Just follow the rainbow flag! 🌳🌈

🌈 Get ready for another season of laughter and fun under the sun! - The Big Gay Picnic is BACK! Join us every sunny Sunday from July through August starting at 2 pm. Pack your favorite picnic goodies, bring your friends, family, pets, and let's make some unforgettable summer memories together! 🧺🍉🎵

We'll be at the meadow next to Wasserspielplatz - just a 7-minute walk from the U1 stop Donauinsel. Look for the rainbow flags, you can't miss it! 🌈
