If you’ve ever been to Sicily, chances are you still dream about cannoli. Today, we’re showing you how easy it is to make them at home.

Everything you need is already inside this kit: cannoli shells, sweet ricotta mix, pistachios, and almonds.

Pour the ricotta mix into a bowl, add 240 grams of cold water, and whisk until smooth and creamy.

Then let the ricotta chill in the refrigerator for one hour.

Transfer the filling to a piping bag and fill each cannoli shell.

Last but not least, finish with pistachios and almonds.

Now all that’s left to do is enjoy it.
