This year we’re celebrating a unique fusion of tradition and botanical mastery. Cantillon has teamed up with Paul, Florian, and Vincent—the three young minds behind Vermouth Sullivan—to create this year’s Zwanze release: Artémis.
✨ Artémis La Blanche (7%): A complex blend of gentian, coriander, rhubarb root, juniper, sage, and wormwood, married with classic Lambic.
✨ Artémis La Rouge (7%): A vibrant mix of verbena, marjoram, rose, apple, curry plant, and wormwood, blended with Kriek.
The name Artémis honors the Greek goddess of nature and the plant Artemisia (wormwood)—the soul of every vermouth. 🏹🍃

A huge thank you to everyone who came out yesterday to celebrate our 8th Anniversary and Misho’s birthday! 🎂
Looking around the room last night, we were reminded once again why we do this. It’s not just about the craft beer on tap; it’s about the incredible community we’ve built together. Over these past 8 years, you’ve become so much more than just guests—you are our friends, and seeing the place packed with familiar faces meant a lot to us.

We’re bringing you a carefully curated selection of red, white, and rosé wines, with most coming from the beautiful vineyards of Austria’s Burgenland and a few gems from Slovenia’s South Styria. 🌿

Why natural wine? Just like our beloved lambics, these wines are all about low intervention, tradition, and craftsmanship. A perfect fit for our bar’s philosophy of celebrating authentic, handcrafted beverages. 🙌
