Matiki Bar Vienna The tiki-style originated in the American pop culture as early as the mid-30ies, when Don the Beachcomber open his first polynesian style bar restaurant.

Tiki gained tremendous popularity in the 50' and 60', setting the stage for a whole new style of classic cocktails. Up until the 90', the tiki-style lost in popularity, but then experienced a wave of revival which spread all over Europe and the World. It has become such a popular niche that almost every large city in Europe has a tiki-style cocktail bar. We are very proud to be the first in Vienna

to represent this colorful and exotic style and are looking forward to host our weary guests on their journey to the South Pacific. Mahalo!
