Dear friends and family of Loup-garou,

We decided to sell our lovely restaurant as we did not find a way to open it with what we think suits our initial idea of this cute little corner.

We want to say thank you from the bottom of our heart for the last two years. It was a great and very successful ride!

Loup-garou will still continue in some form and therefore you should follow .wine and to stay updated!

Special thanks to everyone involved in this process. Foremost to our core team .wsst and everyone else being involved.

Also nothing but love for and for making it all happen.

Time to say good-bye…this week is his final dance before leaving for Korea 🫶

Dear Jaky Boy,

We are very sad that you are leaving your base but super happy at the same time that you take a step forward on your journey to become one of the best.

The last two years have been a rollercoaster. What you managed to deliver out of our tiny „kitchen“ was epic. But not only was the quality on the plate beyond amazing, your quality as a human being was the missing ingredient in every dish. When you put your head out of the little hole in your door, people start smiling. This is a gift you can‘t teach anyone in hospitality - it has the come natural. And you my friend had s**t loads of it.

Our concept was always based on interacting with our guests and you nailed it a 100% (let‘s ignore the few days you were a pain in the ass, those happened too 🫶 and are long forgotten as they were so rare).

If I would need to describe they way you cook, it would be rich in taste and character, with a lot of heart. This also describes who you are Jake - a little guy with a big heart, a big smile, talented and always curious with a twist in all directions. (Although musically you drifted away sometimes in the wrong directions)

Thank you for making .garou.vienna feel like home to each and every of your co-workers, guests, friends and family.
