Franzs Am Anfang war der Durst, der Hunger und die Lebenslust - diese Bedürfnisse sind so alt wie die Menschheit selbst. Oder einen Wein, Wein geht auch! Jawoi!

Wie der Philosoph Thomas Hobbes damals schon sagte, ist der „Mensch des Menschen Wolf“ *wenn er kein Bier bekommt. Wir sind uns sicher, dass viele Konflikte verhindert werden hätten können, wenn die Menschen öfter mal ein Bier miteinander getrunken hätten. Und vermutlich auch, wenn sie in Elfriedes lockerer Atmosphäre kommuniziert, diskutiert und debattiert hätten. Herr Rousseau bestätigte das Gan

ze und meinte „der Leib hat so wie der Geist seine Bedürfnisse“. Hierbei sind wir der festen Meinung, dass Bier das Allround-Mittel für die Bedürfnisbefriedigung ist! Sei es in Form eines phänomenalen Wildbräu- und Trumer-Hopfenscooters, um den Geist anzuregen oder in Form eines leckeren Biergulaschs, um den Leib zu kräftigen. Aber hätt i, dad i, war i, genug mit Elfies Anthropologie-Stunde! Hier kommen die Fakten:
Die Wirtschaft Elfriede, im Herzen der Innsbrucker Altstadt, bietet dir zero-0815 PHÄNOMENAL gutes Bier (man kanns nicht oft genug betonen) und Essen. Das kulinarische Angebot in der Wirtschaft orientiert sich an internationalen Köstlichkeiten und beliebten Klassikern, sowie manch ausgefallenen Neuinterpretationen, welche einem das Wasser im Mund zusammenlaufen lassen. Hierbei achten wir stets auf täglich frische, regionale und biologische Zutaten mit kurzen Transportwegen. Ach ja, und der Kaffee muss auch erwähnt werden! Der ist AUCH phänomenal gut! Die Rösterei Caroma aus Südtirol, von welcher wir unsere Kaffeebohnen beziehen, bezeichnet seine kubanischen Arabica-Bohnen als einen Traum, welcher keine Wünsche offenlässt. Augen zu, tief durchatmen, einen Schluck trinken und man fühlt sich fast wie in der Karibik! Denn träume nicht dein Leben, sondern lebe deinen Traum, weißt eh Bescheid
Somit müssten eigentlich alle Bedürfnisse gedeckt sein, oder? Mensch Elfriede, du alte Philosophin und Philanthropin, gut gemacht! Also komm vorbei, still deinen Durst und Hunger, sei lustig, weltoffen und freindlich! Zum Wohl!
