It’s official. 🖤✨
Our Martin Šiprak () is in the Top 10 of the Austria Competition 2026 — and we couldn’t be prouder.

To celebrate this the right way, we’re putting Martin’s competition drink “Ruby Horizon” on the menu as our Drink of the Month in April. 🍍🥃
Come by Liquid Diary and taste the drink that got him into the Top 10.

Ruby Horizon is Martin’s vision of the perfect start to the night — rich, smoky depth from Johnnie Walker Black Ruby, fresh aromatic elegance from Belsazar Riesling Vermouth, clarified carbonated pineapple for precision and texture, finished with pineapple foam and a subtle patchouli aroma that sets the tone before the first sip.

A drink that feels like the first track of the night, the lights going down and the evening just beginning.

The Kick-Off Innsbruck at Liquid Diary was everything we hoped for, and more.

An inspiring kick-off afternoon, followed by an outstanding Guest Shift with Steven Daevel bringing world-class technique, precision and personality behind the bar.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us: during the kick-off session, in the evening, or both. 🙌

The energy, curiosity and exchange made this event truly special and showed once again how strong and connected our bar community is.

RÉMY MA**CA 🥃🍇 Cocktail of the Month – January 2026 at Liquid Diary

Created by Martin Šiprak Rémy Ma**ca is a deeply personal drink.
It takes him back to a small vineyard village in northeastern Croatia — summers scented with grapes, quiet afternoons where time stood still, and moments spent with his grandma Ma**ca.

Built around Rémy Martin 1738, nostalgic grape notes and the deep, resinous warmth of Labdanum, this cocktail doesn’t try to explain itself.
It simply tells a story of memory, calm, and coming home — an oasis of peace in liquid form.

Bā Nomu .nomu from Hamburg takes over Liquid Diary for a one-nighter, bringing their signature clarity, Japanese-inspired technique and thoughtful approach to flavor.

Expect refined drinks, calm energy and a deep respect for craft. Behind our bar: Dustin Le bringing his signature calm, focus and craftsmanship to Liquid Diary for this rare takeover.

This time we’re keeping things elegant and genuine.

Meet ATONE, our Dufftown inspired take on the Rob Roy, built around the elegant warmth of The Singleton.

We start by redestillating Singleton with roasted nuts, bringing out that cozy Speyside comfort Dufftown is known for. Then comes our homemade vanilla & tonka vermouth, adding smooth sweetness and depth. A touch of walnut bitters ties everything together with a balanced, gentle edge.

And for the finishing touch: a blue garnish inspired by the swirl sketched on our whiteboard being a little “world in the glass,” honoring tradition while embracing creativity.

That’s how ATONE was born:
A Rob Roy Twist that doesn’t try to outshine the classic, it simply respects it, softens it and adds a touch of Dufftown soul.

Warm, welcoming, quietly expressive.
Just like Dufftown. Just like The Singleton.
