Straight from Taiwan to Dunlin Bar 🇹🇼

On September 24, we welcome Ricky Fang小房 from LE ROOM at MAD HOUSE at our Dunlin Bar.

Bringing the spirit of Taiwan into the glass, Ricky takes us on a journey through the island’s flavors, from the ocean and mountain forests to the vibrant flavors of Taiwan’s culinary culture.

Expect Taiwanese ingredients, unexpected combinations and modern techniques. Cocktails inspired by the landscapes, flavors and memories of the island.

LE ROOM is an intimate, immersive cocktail bar by Seven Yi, combining Taiwanese craftsmanship, interactive visuals and modern mixology.

Its cocktails explore three themes: Ocean, Mountain & Forest, and Taiwanese Food Culture. Transforming local ingredients, flavors and memories into creative drinks.

The concept has received international recognition, including The World’s 50 Best Bars ( #46, 2020) and multiple appearances in Asia’s 50 Best Bars and Top 500 Bars.

September starts with Noble Roots !

On September 2, we welcome Tess Mamakova Tess Mamakova & Jovan Belobrković jovan_belobrkovic from Noble Roots | Cocktail Bar , Belgrade.

Tess, founder and creative force behind the bar, combines her background in chemistry with a bold approach to cocktails. Together with Head Bartender Jovan, she creates drinks rooted in local ingredients, modern techniques, and Balkan flavors.

From their own garden in Sopot to the glass, expect creativity, craftsmanship, and cocktails with something to say.
