Queridos invitados
Con el desarrollo de COVID-19 en tantos países de todo el mundo, queríamos tomarnos un momento para informar a nuestros huéspedes que estamos tomando muy en serio la amenaza de propagación.
El bienestar de nuestros clientes y nuestro personal es nuestra prioridad absoluta. Si bien siempre hemos tenido estrictas prácticas de higiene y estándares de limpieza en nuestro restaurante hemos implementado medidas de precaución adicionales:
• Nos aseguraremos de que pueda desinfectar sus manos y de haber establecido estaciones de higiene de manos en la entrada de 416 Snack Bar.
• Hemos aumentado la limpieza desinfectante en todo el negocio.
* Hemos reducido nuestros asientos en casi un 50%. Nuestras mesas comunales para 10 personas, por ejemplo, ahora tienen capacidad para 4 personas, a fin de permitir más espacio para cada invitado individual
• Hemos vuelto a capacitar a todo nuestro personal y los hemos preparado para mejorar los estándares de higiene. Además, nuestros anfitriones han recibido instrucciones de desinfectar y lavarse las manos antes y después de cada interacción.
• Su seguridad es crítica, por lo que hemos solicitado que, si algún miembro del equipo se siente mal, permanezca en casa y alentamos a nuestros huéspedes a que hagan lo mismo.
• A cualquier miembro del personal que regresa de las áreas afectadas en el extranjero, o aquellos que tienen familiares o compañeros de casa que regresaron recientemente de estas regiones, se les ha pedido automáticamente que se pongan en cuarentena por catorce días.
A la luz de la crisis actual, nos complace anunciar que ofreceremos un MENÚ DE ENTREGA COMPLETA a través de ubereats: bocadillos, PLATOS COMPLETOS, vino, cerveza, todo para disfrutar en la comodidad de su hogar. Estén atentos para más actualizaciones!
No hace falta decir que este es un momento difícil para todos nosotros. Seguimos absolutamente comprometidos a hacer todo lo posible para dar prioridad a la salud y la seguridad de nuestra comunidad. Tenga la seguridad de que estamos abiertos, operativos y esperamos verlos pronto.

Dear Guests
With COVID-19 developing in so many countries around the world, we wanted to take a moment to let our guests know that we are taking the threat of the spread very seriously.
The well-being of our guests and our staff is our absolute priority. While we have always had strict hygiene practices and cleanliness standards in our restaurant, we have implemented additional precautionary measures:
• We will ensure that you are able to sanitise your hands and have set up a hand hygiene station at the entrance to 416 Snack Bar.
• We have increased disinfectant cleaning across the business.
• We have reduced our seating by almost 50%. Our 10 person communal tables, for example, now seat 4 people, in order to allow more space for each individual guest
• We have re-trained all our staff and prepped them on increased hygiene standards. In addition, our hosts have been instructed to sanitise and wash their hands before and after each interaction.
• Your safety is critical, so we have requested that if any team member feels unwell, that they remain at home and we encourage our guests to do the same.
•Any member of staff returning from the affected areas abroad – or those who have family members or housemates recently returned from these regions – have automatically been asked to self-quarantine for fourteen days.
In light of the current crisis, we are very pleased to announce that we will be offering a FULL DELIVERY MENU through ubereats - snacks, FULL PLATES, wine, beer, all to be enjoyed in the comfort of your home. Watch us here for updates!
It goes without saying this is a tricky time for us all. We remain absolutely committed to doing everything we can to put the health and safety of our 416 Snack Bar community first. Rest assured, we are open and operating and we look forward to seeing you.
