Starting today, we’re transforming Colibri into a summer café concept, open Wednesday through Saturday from 5pm. 🌴

Enjoy a fresh, lighter menu inspired by the flavors of summer, served exclusively in our garden and lounge. Join us for relaxed evenings, seasonal dishes, and open-air dining beneath the stars. ✨

Pair it all with one of our signature cocktails from the bar - and if you arrive early, all drinks are half price from 5-6pm. 🍹

Join us from May 5th to 16th for a special 4 course Prix Fixe menu for US$75 per person, with our full à la carte menu also available.

🎵Evenings with us are alive with music live in our lounge throughout the week with the following schedule:

Tuesdays with from 8pm to 11pm

Wednesdays with from 8pm to 11pm

Thursdays with Timeless from 7:30pm to 10:30pm

Saturdays with Daddy Barlo and Revo Band from 8pm to 11pm
