To GEA and STA, thank you. For the trust, the partnership and the privilege of representing the Kingdom on one of the world's biggest stages.
Over five extraordinary days at WWE World (Las Vegas Convention Center) and WrestleMania 42 (Allegiant Stadium), HQ Worldwide Shows brought Saudi Arabia's story directly to hundreds of thousands of wrestling fans from across the globe.

For many of them, it was their first encounter with the Kingdom. Not through a screen. Not through a headline. Face to face, sparked by genuine curiosity and hopefully followed by a booking.
That is exactly what this was about. Putting Saudi Arabia in front of a global audience that was not necessarily looking for it, and making sure that when they found it, they were impressed by what they saw.

A huge thank you to WWE for the platform and the partnership. And to Czarnowski Collective, our Las Vegas production partner, working alongside your team was a genuine pleasure. You made every piece of the build seamless.

Another proud chapter. And we can't wait to write the next one.

35 days. One global broadcast-ready venue. One historic event.

This project delivered the first WWE Royal Rumble ever staged outside North America, built in just 35 days and brought to life in the heart of Riyadh through daily planning, tight alignment, and the commitment of our team and the full delivery partnership. The result was a 100,000 SQMT purpose-built venue, engineered for live global broadcast, 25,000-seat capacity, and a seamless end-to-end guest experience - generating significant international buzz and turnout.

To our team, suppliers, and local partners - thank you for the hours, the problem-solving, and the high standard you brought every single day.

HQWS KSA is proud to have delivered WWE Royal Rumble 2026, which was a project characterised by scale, speed, and complexity.

Hosted in the heart of King Abdullah Financial District as part of Riyadh Season, a purpose-built venue was constructed within a 100,000 SQMT car park, transforming a blank urban site into a fully functioning WWE fan village and live arena. The venue accommodated a 25,000-seat stadium, supported global live broadcast, and was delivered through a 35-day ground-up build, utilising more than 131,000 cubic meters of scaffolding and a peak workforce of 650+ crew members per day.

Beyond the physical construction, HQWS was responsible for the entire operational ecosystem of the event - from traffic and transport strategy, crowd management and security coordination, to accreditation, ingress and egress planning, and the complete guest experience and journey across the site. This integrated delivery model ensured the venue functioned seamlessly from arrival through to show close, across multiple event days and complex broadcast demands.

The show culminated in a 6-minute fireworks and drone spectacle, closing the event with a large-scale visual moment set against the Riyadh skyline and reinforcing the ambition of the overall production.

Royal Rumble 2026 represented another landmark moment in Saudi Arabia’s live entertainment journey, showcasing the Kingdom’s ability to deliver large-scale, globally televised events in non-traditional environments, at pace.

Proud to have supported Beyond Developments in bringing the launch of SIORA to life.

HQWS was entrusted with the design, production, and delivery of the show experience for this landmark unveiling — a moment crafted to captivate and inspire. The breathtaking performance brought together immersive live artistry and generative interactive content, synchronised with dancing fountains, water projections, lighting, laser effects, and close-proximity pyro, all choreographed with precision to a bespoke soundtrack and the powerful rhythm of live Japanese drums.

We were honoured to be appointed by the Zayed National Museum team to deliver the opening programme, marking an important cultural milestone centred on the UAE’s living heritage.

HQWS developed and produced a month-long, multi-day programme across indoor and outdoor spaces, shaping the opening period into a journey of performance, storytelling, and participatory learning. Running until 31 December 2025, the programme engaged visitors of different age groups while reflecting the depth and continuity of Emirati culture.

The programme included a wide range of performances and cultural practices, such as Razfa and Naashat, Gahwa rituals developed in collaboration with Bait Al Gahwa, Taghrooda poetry, Nahma seafaring chants, Nadba mountain calls, as well as live music and poetry recitals. The living museum experience also included scenes inspired by everyday Emirati life and traditions, supported by bespoke scenic and prop elements created specifically for the opening programme.

The opening programme was developed to present heritage as a living practice, experienced in the present and shared with future generations.

HQWS KSA is proud to announce the successful delivery of Power Slap 17 at the Mohamed Abdo Arena in Riyadh. This achievement was accomplished in close partnership with the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) and supports Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

We were honored to provide a comprehensive turnkey solution, including creative, infrastructure, logistics, technical, production and H&S services, as well as operations management. This ensured a seamless experience for both athletes and fans, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Our team worked directly with the GEA, intellectual property holders, and our local partners to execute end-to-end planning and delivery, bringing the event to life.

In alignment with GEA’s mission, we remain committed to enhancing the entertainment ecosystem, empowering local talent / SMEs, and showcasing the Kingdom on the global stage as part of the broader Saudi Arabia vision.
