📢 JOB VACANCY – PUB & BUTCHERY MANAGER
Zahona Steakbites Pub & Butchery is looking for a responsible, energetic and results-oriented Pub & Butchery Manager to join our team.
🎯 REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- Previous experience in pub, restaurant, butchery, retail or business management will be an added advantage.
- Strong skills in cash management, stock control and record keeping.
- Good leadership and staff supervision skills.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Must be honest, disciplined, organised and results-oriented.
- Must be comfortable using POS/sales systems and basic computer applications.
🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily pub and butchery operations.
- Supervise, coordinate and discipline staff.
- Ensure all sales are recorded properly.
- Manage cash, stock and daily reconciliations.
- Control bottle, meat and other stock losses.
- Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Manage customer service and resolve complaints.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
- Ensure staff follow company procedures and instructions.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
