Tania has been with us since our launch in 2021. As our Administrator, she's a jack of all trades who excels in managing front-of-house guest and patron relations. Tania handles all private event bookings, ensuring every detail is perfect, and takes care of patrons while they enjoy our onsite facilities. She's also our first point of contact, whether you're calling in or walking through our doors. That warm, friendly voice and welcoming smile? That’s Tania.

Jonathan is our logistics guru. He expertly manages the flow of our inventory and has a deep understanding of wine. Jonathan oversees the ex*****on of both onsite and online wine sales, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. When he's not handling bottles and cases of wine, you can find him assisting guests and visitors in various capacities. Jonathan's approachable nature and extensive wine knowledge make him a joy to work with and a valuable asset to our team.
