Our take on the South African classic: Sago Pudding!!! 😍🇿🇦 Our version comes together in just 6 ingredients, is macro friendly and low in sugar while still being super indulgent! It will take you less than 30 minutes to make!

Ingredients:
~ 1 cups low fat milk
~ SIP Sugar-free Coffee Syrup in Vanilla to taste (we used 1 tbsp)
~ 1 large egg
~ pinch of salt
~ 1/2 cup sago pearls (soak for at least 30 minutes)
~ 1 cinnamon stick
~ 1 tbsp Simple Truth Apricot Jam
~ 1 tsp butter
‌
In a blender, combine all the ingredients except for the cinnamon stick and sago pearls. Then add to a sauce pan on low heat, add your cinnamon stick, sago pearls, apricot jam and butter. Simmer on low heat until your sago is translucent and your mixture thickens. Switch off the heat. Add your apricot jam and butter, stir.

It’s that easy! Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. ❤️

How to make the fluffiest pancakes AND they’re completely sugar-free! 🥞❤️

Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cap SIP Sugar-free Coffee Syrup of choice
2 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
‌
Blend your oats to make oat flour. Then blend your wet ingredients together until smooth. Mix your wet and dry ingredients in a bowl. We do not recommend blending it all together because this batter gets very thick!
‌
Fry in a pan until golden and serve with your favourite SIP Sugar-free Coffee Syrup for extra flavour. We paired our stack with our Butterscotch syrup. Yum!
