You can’t save everything from every event, but always save the donut stackers. 🍩

Because when you use up the mismatched cups 🌎🍃, stack the donuts, and make the presentation cute, no one cares that everything doesn’t match. It’s proof that you don’t need all new things to make an event feel pulled together. Sometimes you just need the right little details.

Summer party for Paul’s work team was Wednesday evening. Strike two on party cleanup. ⚾️ But post-game photos? Still my favorite. Baseball park hot dog night with an entire table just for toppings stole home. 🌭✨

A flashback to the days when my calendar held dozens of upcoming weddings and a new one every week.
These days, maybe twice a year, I’ll come out of retirement for family and friends.
The first wedding of the year is almost here, and I couldn’t be more excited. When one of the best event professionals you know asks you to be her wedding event professional, it’s one of the greatest honors a girl can have.

Im still working on how I want to use this page so I did a name tweak. For no reason other than to see how the change looks, here are a few of my summer vintage and thrift finds for my garden. A new muse, a few wooden table boxes for adding height and interest to tablescapes, and a black sheep planter… No comment on that one. 🖤🐑
